Lunar Intention Stone

Give one meaningful intention a place across the changing stages of your life. The crescent Moon offers a quiet reminder of reflection, continuity and the values you return to.

One intention across different moments

The Lunar Intention Stone is dedicated to choosing a meaningful personal intention and returning to it as life develops. In MYRUNA's symbolism, the Moon recalls cycles, change and the value of reflective attention. The intention might concern creative work, time shared with people you love, learning or patient dedication to a personal project. Its theme extends beyond the New Moon, which particularly marks an initial intention, and beyond the celebration of completing a chapter. Here the focus is one chosen purpose that remains meaningful through changing experiences.

The two strokes of MYRUNA's Moon

The fixed Moon is formed by two independent painted strokes: a continuous curved line outlining a crescent, and a tiny upright mark near its upper right side. The crescent suggests changing perspectives within a recurring rhythm, while the small mark draws attention to a particular moment of reflection. Both elements are retained when painted by hand onto the real stone. Their proportions may fit the individual contours, but their relationship remains fixed. This is a symbolic MYRUNA crescent rather than a chart of astronomical phases.

An intention to revisit rather than forget

Suppose you choose the intention 'I give my writing regular attention'. At first it may express a wish; later, it may prompt you to make time for practice, and at another point you may reconsider what kind of work matters most. The Moon can remind you to revisit the same personal value from a fresh standpoint. You do not need a particular date or a calculated lunar event. Keep the stone beside a notebook or an object connected with your intention, where its familiar form can recall the meaning of your own commitment.

Beginnings, growth and thoughtful reflection

An intention may have a beginning, a period of development and moments when you consider what you have learned. MYRUNA's Moon can symbolize all these aspects while remaining one fixed sign. The stone does not divide your life into predetermined phases. It gives a personal meaning to the act of returning to what you value. This differs from the stone dedicated to recurring routines or seasonal customs: Lunar Intention centres on a chosen statement and the attention you continue to give it as circumstances change.

Natural white stone with hand-painted crescent

Each piece is one natural white stone approximately 2–3 cm wide and 3–4 cm long. The surface, edges and subtle shade are individual. The Moon is hand-painted directly on the stone, with its single crescent contour and separate tiny upright mark kept in the established positions. The drawing is scaled to the actual contours without changing the symbol. You can keep the stone beside a meaningful object or in a soft pouch, taking gentle care of the painted surface with a dry, soft cloth.

Baptism of Intention and Night of Connection

After the Moon has been hand-painted, MYRUNA performs Baptism of Intention, dedicating the established sign to the personal focus you have chosen. An optional sentence of up to 250 characters can accompany it, such as 'I nurture my creative work with patience and attention'. Night of Connection then brings the painted Moon and its dedication together within the brand's symbolic preparation. On receiving the stone, you can look at the crescent, recall your words and choose a small action that reflects them.
