Your chosen element and intention
On the product page before adding the guide to your cart, choose one of the four elements and enter your intention. Earth suggests grounding, water flexibility, fire commitment and air a fresh perspective. MYRUNA develops your chosen quality as the main theme and offers the other three as supporting ways of looking at the same situation.
Earth — care for your foundation
Identify a place, skill or daily habit you want to nurture. You might prepare a regular workspace for learning or organise tools for a creative activity. Choose one repeatable action and note how you will recognise that you completed it. Earth gives your intention a practical base.
Consider earth when you want to establish a regular reading habit but repeatedly postpone it. Choose a particular place, prepare a comfortable light and select two realistic evening slots. If earth is your primary element, the guide helps you identify stability through space, time and a repeated action. On review, ask not just how many pages you read but which arrangement helped you return to the activity. The same exercise can support a study habit, a creative project or everyday household care.
Water — change the approach
Name the purpose you want to preserve and compare two realistic methods. When long study sessions no longer fit, consider shorter daily practice or two planned sessions with a partner. Select one as a trial and record when you will review the result.
Consider water when you want to learn a skill but the original schedule is too demanding. Compare brief daily practice with two planned sessions per week. Record the purpose you are keeping, your available time and the method you will test. After a week, review the actions you completed.
Fire — sustain your commitment
Write down why the chosen intention matters to you. Then choose one achievable action for today or tomorrow, such as preparing materials, arranging a meeting or beginning a sketch. Fire represents enthusiasm given a practical form through deliberate work.
If you select fire, focus instead on sustaining commitment through one concrete act: begin a sketch, prepare the materials or book a practice session. Your chosen element shapes the questions while the purpose remains your own.
Air — open another perspective
Write a familiar assumption and turn it into an open question. Compare your own position with two alternative ways of thinking. A conversation, new information or a modest experiment can help you see the situation more clearly before choosing your direction.
Consider air before a discussion in which you expect another person to disagree. Write down that assumption, think of two other explanations and prepare a genuinely open question. Gather information before deciding what to do.
Five stages of your practice
The guide provides a sequence: state the intention, name the chosen element, identify a resource or obstacle, test one small action and record your reflection. The questions and examples are developed around the element you select, while the remaining qualities offer further perspective.
What your PDF contains
You receive a manually prepared personal PDF introducing your element, explaining the other three qualities, setting out practical exercises and questions, and offering a final synthesis. You supply a chosen element and intention; question and context are optional. Delivery by email is free within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of complete information.
Your PDF contains a substantial chapter about your chosen element, three supporting elemental perspectives, an individual five-action plan, examples of notes and a concluding synthesis. You must select one element and give an intention of up to 4000 characters. A question and separate context are optional fields of up to 4000 characters each.
The final synthesis joins the symbolism of your chosen element with your planned action. After completing the exercise, record what felt manageable, which obstacle was important and what you wish to try next. You can return to the document after a week and record a new observation. The other elements remain complementary perspectives on the same purpose.
