Protection

Protection at MYRUNA is a spiritual intention of caring for the places and choices you call your own: home, journeys, personal boundaries and courage. Explore four distinct branches and the meaningful geometry of Shield, Threshold, Gate and Arrow.

Making space for what matters

Protection begins with recognising the values you want to keep close. For one person it is a home filled with memories, for another a meaningful journey, and for someone else the ability to speak clearly about personal needs. MYRUNA gives such intentions a visible form through hand-painted signs and natural stones. A stone might rest beside a family photograph, accompany a trip or be held before an important conversation. This spiritual story is about care, respect and attention to your own space. The chosen meaning becomes personal through the ordinary gestures you connect with it.

Four branches of protection

Home honours a shared place, belonging and the feeling of return. Journey focuses on the intention of moving attentively through different places. Boundaries represents respect for your own time, decisions and closeness. Courage gives a voice to expressing these needs with calm clarity. The four intentions meet in the value of care, but each has a different focus. Circle evokes belonging, Path travelling between places, Shield personal space and Arrow a chosen direction. The branch closest to your experience is the one that gives your intention its particular meaning.

Shield and Threshold

Shield is made of a nearly closed arc with a short upright stroke inside, representing the personal space you wish to honour. Threshold has a horizontal base and two short vertical uprights, remaining open above. Its meaning concerns the everyday boundaries of home and the choices you make about closeness. Shield brings attention to the intention of care and personal limits; Threshold gives form to the place where someone chooses what belongs inside their world. Both symbols carry distinct forms in the Atlas. Choose by the experience you want the stone to represent.

Gate, Circle and Path

Gate has two upright sides joined by an arch at the top, a clear image of passage into another chapter. It suits the intention surrounding a move or the beginning of a journey. Circle is an almost complete ring with a small individual accent, celebrating belonging and a shared home. Path has two long, gently curving tracks that recall the experience of travelling. Gate represents entering, Circle a place to return and Path the journey between locations. A hand-painted sign can celebrate the beginning of a trip, the home waiting for you or the movement itself.

The symbolic language of care

Across cultures, people have associated personal objects with words of blessing, memories of home and wishes for a meaningful journey. MYRUNA expresses these human themes through its own spiritual story and recognisable hand-painted marks. Shield may recall the courage to state a boundary, Circle the people you return to and Path the values you carry on a journey. Give the symbol a personal intention you can name, such as 'I will make time for my home' or 'I want to speak respectfully about my needs.' Its meaning belongs to the lived moments in which you remember it.

Hand painting and the Baptism of Intention

Each MYRUNA stone is prepared for a specific meaning. Its natural shape is individual, and the sign is painted by hand while preserving the essential geometry of the selected mark. After painting comes the Baptism of Intention, a quiet moment of attention and spoken dedication to the person and value chosen. Shield can be dedicated to personal boundaries, Circle to caring for home and Gate to entering a new chapter thoughtfully. The finished stone may remain in a personal place or accompany its owner. The MYRUNA Book explores the Night of Connection and the wider spiritual meaning of the bond with a stone.

Three different protection stones

Quiet Boundary Stone features an open rounded shield embracing a single upright line, expressing the intention of calmly defining personal limits. Home Circle Stone joins an incomplete circle to a short upright line and horizontal base, honouring attention to shared space. Watchful Gate Stone shows two uprights and an arch with a short crossing mark, dedicated to thoughtful passage into a new chapter. These are three separate hand-painted compositions. The MYRUNA stone with a selected Atlas sign is another choice: select the individual Shield, Threshold, Gate, Circle or Path according to the meaning you wish to carry. Begin with your intention, then choose its exact form.

Choosing a sign for your story

For a family home and the people who share it, explore Home Circle Stone and Circle. For a conversation that requires a respectful boundary, Quiet Boundary Stone or Shield carries a closer meaning. A journey or a move might lead you towards Gate or Path, depending on whether the important moment is a beginning or the experience of travelling. Courage connects personal boundaries to expressing your chosen direction; Arrow gives that intention its own form. The Home Path explores the meaning of a shared place in greater depth, while Courage develops questions of choice and perseverance. The Atlas shows the distinct signs that connect these stories.
